What are your turnaround times?
Depending on the project scope (size, difficulty), you can choose between Express (6 hours), 24 hours, 3 days and one week. In general, the more time you give me, the more affordable the service.

What languages do you provide?
I am London-born, so English is my mother tongue. And as a long-term resident of Bratislava, I also provide Slovak – and Czech. If you have requests for other language combinations, I can find you a solution from a trusted supplier.

What’s the right service for me?

How is the price calculated?
The price is calculated either based on the number of words or a fixed time – also depending on the volume, delivery deadline and service.
The words calculation usually applies to standard Word documents and requests, while the hourly calculation applies to more creative work which includes research and brainstorming.

What is a translation memory and how does it save me money?
The translation memory stores every sentence that I translate for you, then automatically inserts the same translation if a sentence appears again in a later text. This means you benefit from consistent terminology and phrasing across all of your translations and only pay for new words, not repetitions.
With regular collaboration, you can save up to 30% in the long term. The match discounts are calculated after an analysis of the content and the adjusted price will be communicated to you.
How do I pay for my orders?
You will be emailed the invoice in PDF form after job completion for ad hoc work, and – upon agreement -at the end of every month for regular work.
